DenialStop is a clinical decision support tool for medical professionals. It is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, official CMS coding guidelines, or payer-specific policies. Always verify audit results before submitting claims.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

DenialStop provides clinical audit logic "as-is" based on available CMS data. We do not guarantee the payment of any individual claim and are not responsible for claim denials, audits, or legal repercussions resulting from the use of our software.

4. Subscription Tiers & Fair Use

Usage limits are enforced based on subscription levels. Attempting to bypass these limits via multiple accounts or automated scripts is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

The audit logic, interface design, and proprietary datasets (excluding raw CMS data) are the property of DenialStop.
