• Account Information: Name, professional role, and contact information processed via Clerk.com.
• Usage Data: Counts of clinical audits performed to enforce subscription tiers.
• Clinical Metadata: CPT/HCPCS codes submitted during audits are processed locally or transiently for logic evaluation. We do not store patient-identifiable information (PHI).

3. HIPAA Compliance

DenialStop is designed to be a "Zero-PHI" platform. Users are instructed to input only procedure codes and dates of service. We do not ask for, nor do we store, patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, or any other direct identifiers listed under HIPAA's Privacy Rule.

We use trusted infrastructure partners:
